Solitary

Finally get to draw a little before modeling. I have always loved working with markers then moving into photoshop, its quick & easy, and you can get a lot done in a day. We changed the lighting direction in a Maya pass to accomadate a open ceiling, for blistering sun light. Next post I will dive into some color for this location.

Hey Phil. Great stuff man...love the sketches - they look really nice. Its cool to see that youve got to use bits and pieces from each sketch to make the model with. Keep em coming man!!!

Tell me modelling isnt as difficult as i'm making it out to be. I'll always prefer drawing but seeing your models makes me want to try doing more of that too. Keep inspiring, you seem to be good at that.

Hallo,

I met you a few weeks ago at the studio (I was the kid interested In maya). Well I have my blog now and hope you don't mind me linking to you.

Your stuff is pretty awesome, Just the fluid shapes that you don't usually see in MAYA works.

Nice stuff.

Hey brother. This is Eric, we used to work together in Yorba Linda. I was looking you up and happy to see your great work! I framed the kid on the roof that you gave me and I always get comments from patients in my office about it. I'm happy to see you're doing well. Say hi to your brother for me.
